Cesarini Sartori Montefalco Rosso Riserva is a vigorous and powerful wine with a deep ruby red color. The nose is refined and evolved, with an inviting bouquet of blackberry jam, wild berries, cherries and sour cherries in alcohol, on a complex spiciness given both by Sagrantino and by the passage in large wood. Strong roasting with notes of tobacco and vanilla. On the palate it shows a brilliant acidity combined with a well integrated and smooth tannin. Softness and pseudo-caloric sensation are contrasted with balance and give the wine a pleasant harmony. Ideal with red meats, game, cold cuts and aged cheeses.
