The wine
Percarlo is a pure Sangiovese, very elegant and energetic; the glass shows a beautiful intense ruby red color. The nose expresses hints of red fruits, licorice and Mediterranean scrub, light spicy touches. The sip is intense, rigorous, powerful and persistent. Superb and balanced. Excellent in combination with red meat, game and game. Also excellent in combination with aged cheese.
