The wine
Le Grascete Ego is a complex wine with great character. It appears in the very dense ruby red color glass, almost impenetrable. The olfactory range is wide and deep, with notes of black fruit jam, balsamic and menthol notes, but also mineral and sweet tobacco notes. On the palate it shows an intense structure, beautiful softness and good executive cleaning. Perfect to accompany grilled red meats, noble game, braised meats and aged cheeses.
