La Raia Gavi Pisé

At sight it is bright, pale straw yellow with slight greenish reflections. The nose is broad, intense, complex hints are felt, floral notes accompanied by sensations of ripe fruit, pear and honey. The sip is very rich, warm and harmonious, with moderate acidity, but present, rightly savory, with a persistent and warm finish. Excellent in combination with all fish dishes, of which it respects the pulp by combining salinity and meaty delicacy. Excellent with vegetable risotto and medium-aged cheeses.
