Review

Loaded and bright in its ruby guise, Giorgio Primo stands out, by the glass, for shine and cleanliness, a prelude to a range of sensations as wide as elegant. The nose expresses an intriguing complexity given by notes of black currant, plum and morello cherry that accompany sweet sensations of tobacco, vanilla and coffee, corroborated by a deep balsamic vein. The gustatory structure is of extreme roundness and balance, despite the imposing tannins, but still noble and soft. The finish is tasty and creamy, very persistent.

Food pairing
