La Bota de Fino 115 is the saca made in August 2022 from the same Jerez bodega that produced the nine previous editions of La Bota de Fino, the first of which was in 2006 with number 2 in the series. On this occasion, Eduardo Ojeda has selected some twenty fino butts from the hundreds and hundreds of them that he has been in charge of for decades.
The selection has been aimed at bottling a wine that is more fluid and fresh than in previous editions, without in any way losing its authenticity. It is a combination of the usual solera with younger criaderas from the Macharnudo Alto estate, where the bodega has almost 300 hectares. The average age of the wine is around eight years, a couple of years younger than previous sacas.

Una maravilla
Un amontillado muy cálido, con gran profundidad, muy sugerente y con aromas sutiles. Me parece fantástico. Para momentos muy especiales.
