The wine
This Dolcetto d'Alba is a full-bodied wine, but with an excellent softness. At sight it has an intense ruby red color with violet reflections; the scent reveals hints of small fruits, blackberry, cherry and plum jam. The flavor is immediately elegant, soft and easy to drink, pleasant. Ideal with cold cuts, salami and first courses.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
