Fontana Candida Luna Mater is a wine with a very expressive and peculiar personality, with a splendid bright straw yellow. The nose offers intense and engaging aromas of fresh almond, hawthorn, citrus and ripe peach. The taste shows a strong body, warm but in excellent balance between softness and acidity. It closes long with citrus persistence. Perfect with traditional Roman first courses, such as carbonara and cacio e pepe, it holds up perfectly a kid in the oven with potatoes or a nice Genoese.
