The wine
The spirit of this Premier Tries cuvée is to get off the classic paths and, instead of working in concentration, the domain has tried to let liveliness express itself.
Since the attack on the palate, we feel that these First Trials, less late than those of Violettes cuvée, have brought real dynamics to this new cuvée. The wanted spirit is there! This wine is still slightly sweet, but the grape variety and the terroir give it a lot of elegance and freshness.
