Spec sheet
The wine
Each year, Château Fonplégade offers a fine balance between fruit, complexity and aromatic length. It is characterized by sophisticated minerality, silky tannins and a velvety texture. It comes from the oldest vines on the estate, carefully cultivated by hand using organic and biodynamic practices. This Merlot-dominant blend is completed by a rigorous selection of Cabernet Franc, which gives it an elegant tannic structure.
