Spec sheet
The wine
The only Sancerrois castle located exclusively on a 100% flint terroir, in Sainte Gemme-en-Sancerrois, in the north-west of the Appellation. Its 15 Ha vineyard is grouped on a south-facing hillside.
Pale yellow in color, this Sancerre offers a fine and complex nose with notes of citrus fruits and white fruits. Full and suave in the mouth, highlighted by a saline and mineral tension.
Fruity in its youth, this wine is armed for aging; from 3 to 5 years old.
