Ripoli

In the ancient ampelographic heritage of the Amalfi Coast, which has remained intact thanks to the isolation of the area, inaccessible by land, ripoli occupies, especially in the small Furore area, a prominent position. Old ripoli vineyards overhanging the sea give in fact some of the most excellent whites of Italy for marine salinity and longevity. To the classic Furore Bianco blend, ripoli gives remarkable softness and excellent structure, characteristics that can be further enhanced by vinification and/or ageing in wood.
