Wine from Saint-Aubin AOC

Saint-Aubin AOC is one of Burgundy's hidden gems, located between the legendary villages of Montrachet and Meursault. Most of the vineyards in Saint-Aubin are planted with Chardonnay, which produces subtle, mineral, and structured white wines. They are characterised by aromas of citrus, apple, and white flowers, sometimes enriched with subtle notes of nuts or butter due to ageing in barrels.
