Vertical, sapid, from the mountains but structured. Nosiola is the native Trentino white. Especially typical of the Valle dei Laghi, just north of Garda, where it benefits from the lake breeze, it is found throughout the region. As it’s from the mountains, it is initially a bit closed, but opens up over the years. Long-living, it gets its name from hazelnut, which is claimed to be its main fragrance. Unbeatable throughout the whole meal. Great in summer, but also winter. It also gives Vino Santo, a treat for connoisseurs that rests over ten years in barrels before imbibing us with joy.
