The wine
An aristocratic, elegant wine. Considered by the bodega to be its most singular, sophisticated wine.
Revealing aromas of black fruits, toasty notes, liquorice and caramel, all on a background nuanced by mineral hints. Lengthy on the palate, balanced, richly smooth and most harmonious.
Ageing has taken place over 16 months in new French and American oak barrels.
NOTE: Decanting is recommended an hour before serving to open up the aromas.
