The wine
Garganega Gagà is a white wine produced in Veneto by the Santa Colomba winery. In the glass it shows a beautiful intense straw yellow color; the aromatic bouquet is ample and expresses hints of white pulp fruit with notes of dried fruit and almonds and mineral touches. The taste is mineral, fresh and savory, well balanced and persistent. Perfect in combination with fish cuisine, but also with vegetarian dishes.
