The wine
Straw yellow with golden reflections and fine as persistent perlage, it has an intense, broad aroma, with typical hints of bread crust, peach, pineapple, butter, vanilla and dry pastry. On the palate, after at least 60 months on the lees, it is creamy, silky, with good softness, but retains full intensity and decisive freshness.
