Rosso di Montalcino by Roberto Cipresso shows a ruby red color upon visual examination; on the nose it expresses floral scents of violets and notes of red fruit and black cherries. The sip is well structured and composed of an excellent tannic texture. Excellent with meat dishes, it is to be tried together with lamb.
