Barbera d'Alba Serraboella is intense ruby red in color; the nose is broad, it expresses pleasant floral notes of rose, fruity of ripe marasca cherry and spicy nutmeg; to complete the whole, finally, hints of humus and balsamic herbs are perceived. The sip is powerful and structured, balanced by acidity and a fine but dense tannic texture. In general, it is a complex and long-lasting wine, excellent to accompany elaborate red meat dishes.
