The wine
Macerated for four days and partially aged in wood, this Cinque Terre of character expresses a beautiful golden yellow color. On the nose, there is a clear scent of Mediterranean scrub, intensely mineral, brackish, and with notes of dried fruit. On the palate it is savory, very persistent at times angular, of sure longevity and extraordinary body.
