The wine
The Taurasi Riserva of the Perillo company is a powerful, important and expressive wine. At sight it has a ruby red color with garnet reflections. The aromatic profile is structured, composed of fruity scents of plum, black cherry and memories of tobacco and pepper. The taste is dense and rich, but also fresh and dry, with balanced tannins and spicy and mineral tones. Ideal in combination with red meat dishes, game and aged cheeses.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
