The wine
The warm and bright straw hue of this wine offers the measure of fullness as well as the indication of complete maturation. The primary aromas are pronounced and slightly aromatic. Hints related to the lysis of yeasts and ethereal sensations consequent to malolactic fermentation follow. On the palate the wine appears to have an interesting acidity and finesse, which are confirmed in the aftertaste. The delicate fullness of taste contributes to widening the range of sensations by increasing their persistence. It goes perfectly with seafood. Also excellent with savory pies.
