The wine
Parentini Sottopoggio Merlot is a great personality. Red ruby, the nose ip rofumi typical of the variety, such as small red fruits together with hints of spices and toasted. In the mouth it is enveloping, full, round, balanced tannins and long finish. Perfect paired with game, strufati meat and mature cheeses.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
