Paolo Rodaro Sauvignon

Paolo Rodaro Sauvignon is a scented and pleasant wine with a pale straw yellow color. The nose is aromatic, of good intensity, with scents of herbs and thyme. Perceptible notes of citrus fruit, green pepper and a delicate note of tomato leaves. In the mouth it looks dry, soft, fresh, with a nice sapidity. There are notes of aromatic herbs, grapefruit and an intriguing minerality suggested by the salami and the flint. The final is of great intensity and pleasantness. It lends itself to several combinations, but is particularly good with risotto, fish dishes and white meats.
