Paolo Magi Cortona Syrah Mementum

The "Mementum" by Paolo Magi is a pure Syrah coming from the hills of Cortona, in Tuscany, one of the most suitable areas for the cultivation of this vine. It is the result of careful and artisanal processing, in very small quantities. Aged in wooden barrels for 12 months, it is enriched with toasted and spicy notes, integrating with the peppery and red fruit hints typical of the vine. On the palate it is long, savory and mineral, with a dense but velvety tannic texture that makes the sip very satisfying.
