The wine
Bourgogne Rosé is made from the Bourgogne grape variety Pinot Noir à jus blanc. The harvest, received and carefully sorted, macerates slightly until color is obtained, then is quickly put into the press. The color being already fixed, this juice will continue its fermentation in stainless steel vats to become the rosé wine that we are pleased to present to you.
