The wine
The Salette Ripasso I Progni is a red with great structure and intensity, with an intense purple color. The nose expresses pleasant hints of plum, cherry and black berries mixed with sweet spices and chocolate. In the mouth it appears full, soft, with a good flavor of red fruit and licorice, savory and slightly spicy aftertaste. Splendid paired with pasta with full-bodied condiments, red meats and roasts.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
