The wine
Nine months of medium and small oak, the Faro delle Casematte is a beautiful ruby red veined with darker and brighter reflections. It presents itself on the nose with ample and elegant aromas of ripe red berry fruit, floral notes and notes that refer to the Mediterranean scrub and spices, nutmeg and pepper in particular, on a perfectly integrated noble wood background. On the palate it shows a great balance between thick and fine tannins and a nice round and juicy fruit that gives it a long, deep and persistent finish.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
