The wine
Terre Silvate is La Distesa's calling card: Verdicchio and Trebbiano, partially macerated on the skins and vinified without temperature control, they remain on the lees in cement until Easter. The flavour is fresh, straight, satisfying, with a tangy sapidity and a splendid almond finish.
