The wine
What does this wine taste like?
A wine with an intense garnet red colour, it offers a bouquet of red fruits on the nose, distinguishable ripe cherry, vanilla and spicy notes typical of Negroamaro. Added, of course, is a hint of aromaticity provided by the Malvasia Nera from Salento. On the palate it is soft, intense, with fine tannins; extraordinarily fresh, thanks to the careful work in the cellar, it has a harmonious and long finish.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
Food pairing
Perfect in combination with intense and elaborate main courses, but also as a meditation wine.
