The wine
The spirit of this Richou Rouge de Schiste was to make an Anjou Brissac, of a new style, to celebrate the new creation of the appellation! The nose suggests ripe Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon. In the mouth, we appreciate the soft tannins and a good balance. After the very marked notes of red and black fruit, the finish gives a real feeling of freshness.
