The wine
Ruby with garnet nuances, it has a rich spicy and balsamic nose, with notes of pepper and licorice enriched by toasted hints and ripe red fruits. Tense and elegant in the mouth, from a classy Cesanese, it has strong tannins and an infinite persistence. Try it with baked lamb with potatoes.
