The wine
La Grande Collection des Papes is a collection of wines from Châteauneuf du Pape. All the vintages come from organic plots carefully selected for the quality of the terroir and the age of the vines. The result, very low yields with undeniable quality, which offers intense aromas. Harvested by hand, all the bunches are sorted in order to select only the best. After vinification, the aging takes place in barrels. It is a real work of goldsmith in biodynamics, in order to make precious wines, the perfect expression of the terroir of Châteauneuf du Pape.
