The production vineyard located in the Prabi area is characterized by alluvial soils originated over the centuries by the Sarca river, which runs alongside it. The Sarca river originates in the Adamello Brenta park, a territory endowed from a geological point of view of great complexity, ranging from volcanic rocks to dolomite passing through the schists of Val Rendena. The climate of the area is strongly influenced by the breeze coming from Lake Garda (Ora del Garda). Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks followed by an aging period of approximately eight months in contact with the yeasts before being bottled.

Just north of Trento, Pressano is a very interesting area from a viticultural point of view. It is located at the confluence of the Val di Cembra and Val d’Adige, and combines porphyry soils with dolomite rocks.
