The wine
This is a 100% Tinta del País (Tempranillo) wine, using grapes from their own younger vineyards, and a 'Tinto Joven' (unoaked) that captures and expresses its youth to perfection.
A deep cherry-red shade, it appears intensely clean, vivid and bright, with a host of aromatic nuances revealing perfectly-formed ripe berry fruit and a light floral touch. Good acidity coupled with fine tannins makes for a fresh, fruity feel on the palate.
Resting in cellar for 3 months in bottle before release.
