The wine most faithful to the Pardas style, a selection of the best grapes and choice barrels, made solely in great vintages, a wine with primary connotations, based on the grape, full-fruit, balanced, elegant and very mineral, a wine that smells of the earth.
(Aspriu means ‘wild’ and ‘pure’ in Catalan.)

A family-run winery located in the Torrelavit district, in the Alt Penedès, with the two young and enterprising owners taking care of the whole production process, a combination of viticulture and agriculture.
