The wine
A great terroir, a perfect symbiosis between soil, climate and vine. A far cry from momentary fashions or preferences.
A dark cherry colour with purplish hues, the wine has an intense, refined and subtle nose. The ripe red fruit aromas display floral notes, before moving on to reveal ripe black fruit and liquorice hints. The palate has a velvety feel, with touches of fruit.
Separate vinification for the different varieties. Matured for 18-20 months in French oak barrels.
