The wine

Gessamí is bursting with wafts of springtime, resulting from a cold maceration and gentle pressing which extracts all the grape's aromatic content. On the nose, it offers a huge aromatic intensity which brings to mind the freshness of pure air and stems of white flowers (jasmine and orange blossom). Fragrant and very fresh, it also evokes chamomile and lime-blossom infusions, and reveals citrus and fruit notes such as apricots and peaches. On the palate, it provides a pleasant entry and silky passage; light-bodied, it finishes with a pleasant freshness. The balance between its fruity and floral character and its fresh and unctuous structure was indicative back then of a new style which has become fully established nowadays and enjoys wide popularity.
