The wine
Charlot-Tanneux C. L'Extravagant Sans Sofre is an absolutely personal and personal champagne in all its aspects. It is a Millesime of “Bio” elaboration, without added sulphurous, without malolactic, without clarification or filtration and with hardly any dosage. The wine ferments and is aged for 11 months in 225 l old barrels.
