This wine is the work of the oenologist Gonzalo Gonzalo.
On the label of the Gran Cerdo bottle it is made perfectly clear where the name of this wine comes from and to whom it is dedicated.
“Gran Cerdo is a great wine dedicated to the bank managers who refused us loans claiming that wine was not a seizable asset. Bulky, sweaty characters, dressed in business suits, you will find out one day that the most important things in life can not be confiscated: thanks to our friends, with their help we eventually managed to get the wine bottled. You can now enjoy our lively creation, a bit on the acidic side, so try it with pasta or ham, pork of course.”
NOTE: This wine does not fall under any denomination of origin; it is simply labelled as Vino de Mesa (Table Wine).
