The wine
A Special Reserva with a label designed from an original work by Gustavo Torner for Enate.
NOTE: We recommend opening the bottle about two hours before serving. Due to the fact that this wine has not been stabilised against tartaric precipitation, sediment may occur in the bottle.
Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels, with ageing on its lees for 10 months. Subsequent maturation for a further 8 months in semi-new (3 year-old) barrels, and finally for 24 months in bottle.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 17ºC and 18ºC
