Made from the traditional Rioja grape varieties, Azpilicueta Reserva is a straightforward, elegant wine that is smooth, rounded and pleasing on the palate.
An intense ruby-red colour with red-brick glints, the wine exudes subtle aromas of vanilla and quince on the nose. It is silky-smooth on the palate and pleasantly persistent.
Aged for 16 months in French and American oak barrels and, subsequently for a further 20 months in bottle.
