A Fine beginning their journey to Amontillado, one of those wines that winemakers and connoisseurs have always called Fino Amontillado, much as the current rules do not appear to be hospitable to this ancient wine category. An old wine, which transmits over the years like few dazzling limestone terroir of the best vineyards of Pedro Ximénez of the Sierra de Montilla.
It comes from the oldest hearth Fine Bodega Pérez Barquero's Friends: A set of 63 vessels located in the third, of which we were privileged to select 13 that we consider most unique. Looking for a different and peculiar character, we chose those boots that most clearly showed an onset of amontillamiento while maintaining the fine character, as evidenced by its alcohol only a few tenths more than 15% alc. In many ways, this wine offers parallels with issues 10 and 20 (La Bota de Manzanilla past), but also maintains its own personality.
