A Cava with lots of personality, complex, and showing evidence of fine ageing, toasty and mineral notes, resulting in a creamy finish with hints of hazelnuts.
A small percentage of this Cava comes from a Xarel·lo base wine and aged for 11 months in oak barrels.
NOTE: Due to its long maturation, we recommend opening the bottle a few minutes before serving, so that the wine can express its full aromatic potential. Matured for between 4 and 5 years in bottle. (The date of disgorgement is given on the back label of each bottle.)
