Its personality is clearly defined by a blend of the traditional indigenous grape varieties used for Cava, with grapes sourced from their own well-aged vineyards that allow perfect ripening. It is also shaped by long ageing in bottle and by the traditional expertise of the Bodega itself, where patience, perseverance and dedication ensure that attention is paid to every detail.
