The Xarel.lo is the basis for the development of long aging cellars. Ex.Vite is made with 40% of xarel.lo, 35% Macabeo and 25% Parellada from vines over 40 years of age. The assembly was raised with reserve wines aged in oak barrels. Long aging in rhyme, 60 months. Limited production of 5,300 bottles.
