Manuel Raventós put the name of his daughter Elisabet on the label of this Gran Reserva wine, taking his inspiration from attention to small details, shown by the addition of a small percentage of Monastrell grapes (10%) that gives a distinct mark of originality and elegance to this aromatic and creamy Brut, aged for a total of 5 years in bottle.
A straw-yellow colour, the nose exhibits an intense aroma of ripe fruit, with candied and tropical fruit notes on a biscuity background. It has plenty of creaminess and balance on the palate.
