A golden-yellow colour and bright in appearance, this wine displays a very fine, persistent mousse. It exhibits aromas of ripe fruit and hints of toast on the nose. Flavoursome on the palate, with fruit and toasty notes, it concludes with a lengthy finish.
Matured over a period of 36 to 42 months in bottle before disgorgement.
