The wines of Schloss Gobelsburg Tradition range are made in the most traditional possible, trying to catch the wise teachings of the monks who elaborated above, according to the old methods of vinification, with fermentations without temperature control.
This Tradition is made from riesling grapes from a vineyard of about 6 ha, with strains of mean age 20-40 years and yields of 40 hl / ha, with fermentation and aging in oak Austrian (Manhartsberg oak).
A wine that surprises by its fruitiness on the nose and palate, despite its traditional vinification methods, with a long, slightly salty finish, and a great potential.
