Produced from grapes of the Doña Blanca (70%) and Godello (30%) varieties, grown on vines aged between 15 and 80 years old and planted in soils containing schist and slate that allow very good drainage.
NOTE: Due to bottling without filtration, some residue may occur. Decanting is recommended. Alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels filled for their 1st, 2nd or 3rd year, and aged for 11 months on its lees (15% in concrete tanks). Has not undergone malolactic fermentation. Subsequent rest in bottle for a period of 18 months.
